  • Welcome to the Augusta State University Counseling Center. We can assist you with personal, academic and career counseling on an individual basis in a confidential manner. We are located in Boykin Wright Hall, 1st floor. Services are free and available to currently enrolled students as well as staff and faculty. Come by to set up an appointment and to see our available resources. The Counseling Center is located in Building 29 on the main campus map.   Great parking is available near the front entrance.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 4:30 PM. Evening appointments are available on Mondays and Tuesdays until 6 PM. If you need an evening appointment, please call the office to make special arrangements. Walk-In Consultations are Tuesdays and Wednesdays 11 AM – 12:30 PM (when classes are in session)
Walk-in services are provided on a first-come, first-serve basis, with emergencies taking precedence. Walk-in sessions generally consist of brief, 10 or 15 minute consultations designed to assess needs and provide a referral to a counselor or to other appropriate services. Full resolution of issues may require a follow-up appointment.
