A postdoctoral position in cancer metabolism is available in the laboratory of Dr. Katherine Aird at the University of Pittsburgh and UPMC Hillman Cancer Center. Current NIH-funded projects include how cancer metabolism influences the epigenome and mechanisms of differential cancer metabolism on the immune microenvironment. Our research integrates cellular and molecular biology of in vitro and in vivo models of cancer, metabolomics, and high throughput genomics, and will be executed through multi-disciplinary and cross-institutional collaborations.
