Japan has a nearly perfect literacy rate. Meaning they put education in its country's top priority. If you are a student who is interested in any sort of computer science/technology, then you must look at Japan as the top runner. A year or two studying abroad there will be an experience of your life time.

Actually, it's quite remarkable in some of these Asian countries. Their top priority for their government is to ensure to upkeep a very high standard for education and to keep literacy rate very high. It makes you wonder why we are not doing the same thing. It seems to be an easy enough concept to grasp.
