Harvard University is being sued over a student's suicide back in 2007. Apparently, the student complained having a hard time focusing on studying and the University Health Center prescribed him with a number of drugs which the side effect for one of them is the thoughts of suicide. The student took his life by suffocating himself with a plastic bag in his dorm.
