Well, there are job searching engine that everyone can say on top of their head, these are called 'supersites'. Big names like, Monster, careerbuilder, hotjob, etc are considered supersites. You usually post your resume there and the majority of the time you won't hear back from many companies or you will get a phone all or email from a recruiter who is trying to have you hire them as an agency to help you find a job. Although that's helping you networking in some levels, some people are finding these supersites are ineffective.
