Gold Coast is most famous for its wondering and easily accessible shoreline and beaches and most importantly, it's a city for surfers.

yea, if you love the water, there are plenty of other cities in Australia that will be great for you besides Gold Coast. If you are interested in something like marine biology or anything to do with marine life studies, this country is definitely a destination consideration for you.
