1. Everyday try to make a list of things that you want to accomplish the next day. It can be a number of things like reading journals, finish writing assignments.As you accomplished one thing, be sure to cross them off.
2. At the end of every week, sit down and review you what you accomplished that week. Write it down and reevaluate and make revisions if need be for next week.
